The Voice: Uniting or Dividing Us – Monday 14 August at 7.30pm

The referendum to change the Constitution to recognise the First Peoples of Australia by establishing an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Voice will take place before the end of the year. (https://voice.gov.au)

The more knowledgeable we are, the more likely we are to make an informed decision.

Your questions at this event at PHC will be answered by:

  •       Fred Chaney, former deputy federal Liberal leader and Minister of Aboriginal Affairs in the Fraser     government;
  •       Nolan Hunter, former CEO of the Kimberley Land Council;
  •       Sophie Coffin, Principal Associate to Chief Justice Quinlan of the Supreme Court of Western Australia; and
  •       Tyson McEwan, who recently graduated from his law degree at UWA and is working at a Perth law firm.
