Community Support in Challenging Times
The events of October 7 and the ongoing war, along with rising antisemitism, have deeply impacted our Jewish community. Many people are carrying complex emotions: fear, grief, anger, shock, confusion, and ongoing anxiety.
Following the overwhelming response and success of our previous group, we’re opening a new one.
We are offering a free, professionally facilitated support group for Jewish community members who would like a safe, respectful space to process these experiences together.
What’s offered:
• 6 structured support group sessions
• A safe and confidential space to share, listen, and reflect
• Emotional support, grounding tools, and connection with others who understand
• Facilitated by experienced professionals
Who is this for?
Jewish adults (18+) who are feeling emotionally affected by recent events and would benefit from community-based support.
