DESCRIPTION:You’re Not Alone \nCommunity Support in Challenging Times \nThe events of October 7 and the ongoing war\, along with rising antisemitism\, have deeply impacted our Jewish community. Many people are carrying complex emotions: fear\, grief\, anger\, shock\, confusion\, and ongoing anxiety. \nFollowing the overwhelming response and success of our previous group\, we’re opening a new one. \nWe are offering a free\, professionally facilitated support group for Jewish community members who would like a safe\, respectful space to process these experiences together. \nWhat’s offered: \n• 6 structured support group sessions\n• A safe and confidential space to share\, listen\, and reflect\n• Emotional support\, grounding tools\, and connection with others who understand\n• Facilitated by experienced professionals \nWho is this for?\nJewish adults (18+) who are feeling emotionally affected by recent events and would benefit from community-based support.
